Rockmelon Sorbet | Tefal Dolci Recipe

Ingredients

  • 65 g sugar
  • 85 ml water
  • 280 g melon

Method

  1. Mix the sugar and water in a saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Leave to cool until warm.
  2. Cut the melon into small pieces.
  3. Using a hand blender, blend the syrup obtained with the melon pieces to get a smooth texture.
  4. Pour the preparation into the Tefal Dolci bowl.
  5. Place the lid on and put the bowl in the freezer for 24 h.
  6. Take the bowl out of the freezer and remove the lid.
  7. Insert the small bowl into the outer jar.
  8. Start the 'Sorbet' program.
  9. Enjoy immediately.

Tips: You can add 2 tbsp of port to your preparation to bring more depth to your sorbet.
