Smooth Mocha and Almond Milkshake

Ingredients

  • 200 ml espresso coffee
  • 25 g sugar
  • 150 ml almond milk
  • 50 g whipped cream
  • 1 tbsp flaked almonds
  • 1 tbsp chocolate slivers

Method

  1. Mix the coffee and sugar in a recipient.
  2. Pour the mixture into the Tefal Dolci bowl.
  3. Put the lid on and place the bowl in the freezer for 24 h.
  4. Remove the bowl from the freezer, take off the lid, and pour in the almond milk.
  5. Insert the small bowl into the outer jar.
  6. Start the 'Milkshake' program.
  7. Pour the mixture into two tumbler glasses and add whipped cream on top.
  8. Finish with slivers of almonds and chocolate slivers.
  9. Serve immediately.

Tips: For an even more delicious milkshake, use almonds that have been toasted and lightly caramelised beforehand. They will add a delicious, crunchy touch.
