Steamed Pork Dumplings

Ingredients
- 3 baby bok choy, cleaned and trimmed
- 500g pork mince
- 1 tsp crushed garlic
- 1 tsp crushed ginger
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 80g tofu
- 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds
- 1 tsp Szechuan spice
- 1 pack Gow Gee Pastry (30 pieces)
Method
- Install the Ultra Blade on your i-Companion XL.
- Add the bok choy and chop on speed 10 for 30 seconds.
- Add the pork, tofu, sesame oil, spices, seeds, garlic and ginger and set on speed 10 for 2 minutes.
- Place a heaped teaspoon of pork filling onto each gow gee pastry and dampen the outer edge of the fold to seal the dumpling. Repeat with the remaining filling.
- Insert the steam plate into the Tefal Easy Fry, Grill and Steam XXL Air Fryer basket, place the dumplings in, and select the STEAM mode for 10 minutes.
- Serve warm with soy sauce and chilli oil.
