Strawberry Egg Creams

  • 25 g caster sugar
  • 1 whole egg
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 120 ml whole milk
  • 0.5 vanilla bean, split in half and scraped
  • 60 g strawberries, washed, hulled and cut into pieces


  1. Prepare the ingredients.
  2. In a bowl, whisk the sugar with the eggs and the yolk. Set aside.
  3. Boil the milk and the vanilla pod for 5 minutes.
  4. Pour over the egg mixture while whisking.
  5. Divide the strawberries between the glass containers, pour the mixture over them and close them.
  6. Pour 200 ml of water into the cooking pan. Insert the steam basket.
  7. Pressure cooking
  8. Leave to stand in keep warm mode for 10 minutes. Allow to cool before eating.
