Strawberry Sorbet | Tefal Dolci Recipe

Ingredients

  • 65 g sugar
  • 85 ml water
  • 280 g strawberries, chopped

Method

  1. Mix the sugar and water in a saucepan. Bring to a boil over low heat. Leave to cool until warm.
  2. Using a hand blender, blend the syrup with the strawberry pieces to achieve a smooth texture.
  3. Pour the mixture into the Tefal Dolci bowl.
  4. Put on the lid and place the bowl in the freezer for 24 h.
  5. Remove the bowl from the freezer and take off the lid.
  6. Insert the small bowl into the outer jar.
  7. Start the 'Sorbet' program.
  8. Enjoy immediately.

Tips: Add a few basil leaves when blending thestrawberries.
