Tamari Salmon with Sesame and Cauliflower | Tefal Recipe

Tender salmon marinated in tamari and sesame, steamed with cauliflower and finished with a drizzle of sesame oil. Light, savoury and satisfying!

Ingredients

  • 900 g salmon fillets with the skin left on
  • 6 tbsps of olive oil
  • 3 tbsps of tamari
  • 1 tbsp of black sesame
  • 1 cauliflower
  • A dash of sesame oil
  • Water

Method

  1. Rinse the fish and place it in a dish.
  2. Mix the tamari and black sesame in olive oil then pour over the fish. Place in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  3. Cut the cauliflower into small florets. Wash them.
  4. Place the cauliflower and marinated fish into the basket of the Tefal Easy Fry Grill & Steam with baking paper. Ensure the water tank on top of the device is filled.
  5. Start steaming for 30 minutes.
  6. After cooking, put the fish on a serving plate while making sure to retain the liquid, then serve with the cauliflower. Drizzle with sesame oil.
