Vegan Almond Light Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 300 ml oat milk
  • 40 g agave syrup
  • 4 g corn starch
  • 150 g white almond puree

Method

  1. Mix the oat milk, agave syrup, and corn starch in a saucepan. Over a medium heat, bring to the boil while whisking constantly until the mixture slightly thickens.
  2. Remove from the heat and add the white almond puree. Stir until smooth, then leave to cool until warm.
  3. Pour the mixture into the Tefal Dolci bowl.
  4. Put the lid on and place the bowl in the freezer for 24 h.
  5. Take the bowl out of the freezer and remove the lid.
  6. Insert the small bowl into the outer jar.
  7. Start the 'Light Ice Cream' program.
  8. Enjoy immediately.

Tips: Serve with roasted oat flakes.
