Vegan Oat and Almond Light Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 100 ml whole milk
  • 100 ml liquid cream ( 30% fat)
  • 50 g salted caramel
  • 4 g cornstarch
  • 30 ml espresso
  • 70 ml cold whole milk
  • 50 g whipped cream
  • 2 tbsp salted caramel
  • 2 tbsp chocolate slivers

Method

  1. Mix the milk, liquid cream, salted caramel and cornstarch in a saucepan.
  2. Bring to a boil to thicken the mixture, then leave to cool until warm.
  3. Pour the mixture into the Tefal Dolci bowl.
  4. Put the lid on and place the bowl in the freezer for 24 h.
  5. Remove the bowl from the freezer, take off the lid, then pour in the espresso and the cold whole milk.
  6. Insert the small bowl into the outer jar.
  7. Start the 'Light Ice Cream' program.
  8. Pour the preparation into two glasses, then finish with whipped cream, caramel, and chocolate slivers.
  9. Enjoy immediately.

Tips: Add a hint of vanilla and a pinch of cinnamon to the milk before pouring the espresso.
