Wonton Noodle and Vegetable Soup | Tefal Recipe

Silky dumplings, springy noodles & crisp veggies in a rich, savoury broth. Finished with chilli oil for that perfect warming kick.

Ingredients

  • 6-8 frozen dumplings of your choice
  • 250g thin fresh egg noodles
  • 150g shitake mushrooms, sliced
  • 150g Chinese cabbage, chopped
  • 1 baby bok choy, quartered
  • 2L chicken stock
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp white pepper
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • ½ tsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 green onions, finely sliced
  • 1 bunch coriander, chopped
  • 1 tsp chilli crisp/oil per serve to garnish

Method

  1. Add dumplings, noodles, vegetables, chicken stock, salt, pepper, sesame oil, sugar and soy sauce to the bowl of your Tefal Rice Master & Slow Cooker RK818. Close the lid and select “Multifunction” button then choose “Soup” button, then “Start”.
  2. Cook the soup for 15 minutes or until the vegetables are tender and cooked.
  3. Ladle soup into bowls and garnish with green onion, coriander and chilli crisp/oil.
