Ingredients

  • 150g dark chocolate
  • 125g unsalted butter
  • A pinch of chili powder (or cayenne pepper)
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 ½ tbsp caster sugar
  • 70g self-raising flour
  • Whipping cream
  • Fresh berries

Preparation

Beat the eggs and sugar until light and fluffy

Melt the chilli, chocolate and butter in a bowl over bain marie or in the microwave

Combine the two mixtures then fold in the flour

Grease 4 ramekins and fill in with the batter

Bake in airfryer at 190 ̊C for 9 minutes

Turn ‘upside down’ after resting the cakes for 2 minutes

Serve warm with berries and whipped cream
