6 people = 5 min preparation and 50 min cooking time

Add croissant pieces and chocolate chunks to buttered ovenproof souffle dish. Mix.
In a mixing bowl, whisk all the remaining ingredients. Pour into souffle dish. Cover with foil. Secure with string.
Put dish into the steaming basket with 450 ml water in the bowl.
SERVE WARM OR COLD!
