Pour the oil into the bowl, then add the onions.
Brown the onions. Add the beef and cook while stirring. Season. Transfer to a baking dish.
Add the potatoes, butter, garlic, bouquet garni and water to the pan. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
Cooking time: 10 minutes.
Mix the potatoes and sprinkle with Gruyere. Bake in the oven.
