Cook4me+ Egg-free Chocolate Cake

• 30 g cocoa powder, sifted
• 60 g buckwheat flour
• 60 g chestnut flour
• 15 g baking powder
• 90 g brown sugar
• 90 g rolled oats (jumbo)
• 60 g chocolate chips
• 375 g apple compote
• 3 tsp lemon juice or white vinegar

Prepare the ingredients.

Mix the ingredients in the baking tin in the order indicated. Cover with foil and steam cook with 200 ml water in the pan.

Pressure cooking: 45 minutes

Turn out then allow to cool completely before enjoying.

Tip: Serve with clementine compote and English breakfast tea.
