  • 160 g spicy chorizo, roughly diced
  • 150 g carrots, roughly diced
  • 150 g turnips, roughly diced
  • 3 heaped tbsp double cream
  • 1 level tsp Espelette pepper or paprika
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 800 ml water
  • table salt

Preparation
