  • ‎1 kg cubed boneless, skinless chicken breasts‎
  • ‎4 sliced colored bell peppers
  • ‎2 sliced medium-sized red onions
  • To prepare the marinade:‎
  • ‎2 minced garlic cloves
  • ‎6 tbsp soy sauce‎
  • ‎2 tbsp honey‎
  • ‎½ cup olive oil‎
  • ‎1 tsp salt‎
  • ‎2 tsp black pepper‎
  • ‎4 tbsp finely chopped parsley‎

1. To prepare the marinade: in a bowl, mix the olive oil, soy sauce, garlic and honey.‎ 2. Season with salt and pepper. Add chopped parsley and mix until combined.‎ 3. Add chicken cubes and vegetables to the marinade. Toss until combined and ‎refrigerate overnight.‎ 4. Thread the chicken cubes and vegetables onto the skewers. 5. Lightly grease the skewers rack with cooking spray and place the skewers. 6. Cook on Grill mode at 200C for 7-10 minutes until chicken chunks are well done.‎
