Salmon Steak with Fennel and Lemon Butter Sauce

  • 4 x 150g salmon steaks
  • 3 tsp fennel seeds
  • 100g butter
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Salt and pepper.


Season the salmon steaks and sprinkle with fennel seeds. Put the salmon steaks on the grid of the bowl equipped with a clip-on handle and steam for 10 to 12 mins.

Melt the butter and add the lemon juice. Remove the skin from the steaks and arrange on a warmed serving plate.

Pour the lemon butter sauce over them. Serve.
