Discover the different cooking types of the Cook4Me+ pressure and multicooker

Pressure Cooking 

The level to which the pot is filled must never exceed the MAX marker. For food which may expand during cooking (rice, grains, lentils, peas etc.), the pot must never be filled above half its maximum capacity. The pot must always be filled with a minimum of 200ml of liquid. 
 
When you have selected the cooking time, the device starts the temperature increase cycle and the padlock flashes. When the light stops flashing, you can no longer open your device. 
 
When the timer goes to 0 and the following screen appears, you will see that some steam is released behind the lid. The padlock stops flashing and then starts flashing again when you open your device. 

Steam Cooking 

The quantity of water required varies depending on the recipe and the cooking time. Always use a minimum of 200 ml of liquid. Position the steam basket in the pot and make sure the food is not touching the lid. 
 
When you have selected the cooking time, the device starts the temperature increase cycle and the padlock flashes. When the light stops flashing, you can no longer open your device.

Traditional Cooking (Baking, Stewing, Browning) 

The level to which the ingredients are filled must never exceed the MAX marker. When you are using traditional cooking methods, the lid must always be open. 
 
You control the cooking time. Allow the ingredients to cook until you achieve the result desired. Then click on OK to go to the next stage. 

Warming 

Once the cooking cycle is complete, the device automatically puts itself in "warming" mode. 
 
The maximum duration for this mode is 5 hours. After 5 hours of warming, the device goes into sleep mode. 

Delayed Start 

For some recipes, a delayed start is possible: "Manual menu and ingredients". In order to avoid the appearance and spread of bacteria, it is strongly recommended that you do not use the "delayed start" mode for food which cannot be kept at room temperature, for example meat, fish, dairy products or even eggs. 
 
By choosing the delayed start option, you must adjust the current time as well as the time at which you want your recipe to be ready. 

Reminder: Keep hands away from where the steam is released! We recommend keeping the steam valve facing a wall or window. It is possible that a slight flow of steam escapes from the back of the product during cooking.
