Ingredients

  • 1,5 onion
  • 600 g spaghetti noodles
  • 180 g spinach leaves
  • 75 g walnut kernels
  • 3 teaspoons turmeric powder
  • 180 g cherry tomatoes
  • 60 g grated parmesan
  • 3 teaspoons olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Peel the onion and cut it into quarters. Put them into the mixer bowl with the Ultrablade knife attached. Lock the lid with the cap and set on Speed 6 for 1 minute.

Remove the Ultrablade knife attachment and attach the Mixer attachment. Add the olive oil, lock the lid with the cap and set on the P1 Stew mode at 130°C for 2 minutes.

Break the spaghetti in half by hand. Pour in 1.4 L of water, then add the turmeric and spaghetti. Lock the lid with the cap and set on the P1 Stew mode at 130°C for 15 minutes.

Open the cap and add the cherry tomatoes and spinach. Close the cap and set on Manual V2 mode at 130°C for 5 minutes.

Sprinkle with Parmesan, season with salt and pepper, and serve.
