Cooking tips

N°1

HIGH & MIGHTY

Seasoning with sea salt and black pepper from a height ensures an even distribution, and finishes off your dish to perfection. Particularly good for steaks.

BOSS THE TOSS

Tossing food in the pan gives everything equal amounts of flavour and heat. Perfect your skills by filling a cold pan with dried rice, tilt it towards the floor, then flick it back towards you.

GOOD TASTE

Griddling is a great way to cook veg without oil, and gives a beautifully nutty flavour. Get your griddle pan nice and hot before you start, then lightly char in-season veg before dressing.

NICE ’N’ CRISPY

The key to delicious crispy fish skin is a non-stick pan and starting off the heat. Place a fillet flesh-side down in the pan on a medium-high heat. When it starts to sizzle, flip it over and fry until super-crisp.
