1. Preheat oven to 180 °C 2. Start by dicing the bacon, Onion and Bell peppers. Grate the cheese or use pre-grated cheese. 3. Cook the pasta in a large saucepan of salted boiling water until al dente. once cooked Drain all the water and keep the pasta in the saucepan 4. While the pasta is cooking, sautee the bacon in a pan, once it's golden and the fat from the bacon has been released, fry the onion in the bacon fat until soft and translucent. Add in the bell peppers and sautee until soft, add the sweet corn and season well, stir for 2-3 min then add to the pasta. 5. Pour the fresh cream over the pasta, add half the grated cheese and the parmesan and stir well to combine. Check the seasoning and adjust accordingly. 6. Cover the pasta with the remaining cheese and bake in the oven at 180 °C for about 25 minutes, or until the cheese has melted and turned golden brown.
