  • 6 Monkfish medallions (120 g each) or any type of firm white fish
  • ¾ Onion, cut into quarters
  • 1½ tbs Chervil, chopped
  • ¾ tbs Olive oil (The ActiFry spoon = 1 tbs/ 20 ml)
  • 18 -24 Prawns
  • 3 tbs Low-fat cream
  • ½ tbs Ground paprika
  • ½ Preserved lemon, chopped
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Marinate the monkfish medallions with the onion, oil, chervil, paprika, pepper, salt and preserved lemon for 5 minutes.

Add fish to ActiFry and set to cook for 5 minutes.

Add the prawns and the cream and set to cook for a further 2 - 3 minutes. Serve with the pan juices.

TIP Add some mussels to the dish when adding the prawns and cook until they open. You can also add a variety of herbs and spices such as parsley, chives and curry powder.
