Companion - Vegetable Gazpacho for Babies

• 250 g tomato
• 0,5 red pepper
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 0,5 cucumber
• 0,25 onion
• 3 basil leaves
• 1,5 tsp lemon juice
• 50 ml water
• 1 pinch salt
• 1 tsp Parmesan cheese

Peel the onion and cucumber. Dice the tomatoes, onion, cucumber and red pepper.

Place all the ingredients, except the Parmesan, in the baby bowl fitted with the knife. Close the lid of the baby bowl, lock the lid of companion bowl with the stopper and mix at speed 12 for 1 min.

Add the Parmesan, mix and serve.
