  • 750 g carrots
  • 225 g flour
  • 150 g cornflour
  • 60 g almond purée
  • 3 tbsps soy sauce
  • 1,5 tsps smoked paprika
  • Salt, pepper

Preparation

Line a baking tray with baking paper.

Add the carrots to the mixer bowl with the vegetable-slicer and large grating disc attached. Lock the lid with the cap and set it to Speed 7 for 2 minutes.

Place the blender accessory in the bowl and then add the flour, cornflour, almond purée, soy sauce and smoked paprika. Lock the lid with the cap and set it to Speed 6 for 1 minute.

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Shape into nuggets and place on the baking paper. Bake for 20 minutes.

Serving tips: Serve with 2 handfuls of spring onion, 100 g of strawberries, half a cucumber, 50 g of cherry tomatoes and 50 g of feta. You can also serve them with homemade tomato sauce.
