1. Prepare the ingredients.
2. Whisk the eggs, sugar, milk, espresso, cinnamon and cocoa powder. Strain the mixture and pour it into small glasses.
3. Close them with their lids. Put them into the cooking pan with 250 ml of water.
4. Pressure cooking
5. Leave to cool before serving.
Tip: Serve with caramelised bananas.
