Remove the stones from the dates. Line a rectangular tray with baking paper.
Put the dates, rolled oats, linseeds and almond purée into the mixer bowl with the Ultrablade knife attached. Lock the lid with the cap and set on Manual mode on Speed 12 for 30 seconds. Pour the mixture onto the tray and press it down firmly with the back of a spoon.
Put the red berries and maple syrup into the mixer bowl with the kneading/crushing blade attachment. Lock the lid with the cap and set on the Dessert mode on Speed 5 at 100°C for 5 minutes.
Remove the cap and add the chia seeds. Put the cap back on and set on Speed 5 for 1 minute.
Leave to cool for 1 hour, then spread out the red berry jam onto the baking tray.
Leave to rest for 3 hours in the fridge before cutting it into slices.
