This banana, oat and chocolate chip muffin recipe makes 12 large or 24 small muffins and makes a great lunch box snack. This recipe is created using the i-Companion XL heating food processor by Lorena Lys, Tefal brand ambassador.

1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees. 2. Insert the Kneading and Crushing blade into the i-Companion XL bowl. Add the banana and puree it using your P1 Pastry program. 3. Add the remaining ingredients except the oats and chocolate chips. Launch the P1 Pastry program again. Once finished, remove the attachment and stir in the oats and the chocolate chips. 4. Scoop batter into well-greased muffin tins (or silicone muffin trays). Bake for 20 minutes or until muffins are golden on the top. Cool completely on rack.
