Ingredients

  • 800 g of broccoli
  • 30 g of butter
  • 500 ml of vegetable stock
  • 2 shallots, chopped
  • 300 ml of single cream
  • 150 g of carrots, finely sliced
  • 2 tbsp of curry powder
  • Salt

Preparation

Prepare the ingredients.

Add half the butter in the Cook4Me. Brown the shallots and carrots for 2 mins.

Add the broccoli, fish stock and curry powder.

Cooking time: 4 mins.

Mix with the single cream and the rest of butter.

Serve!
