  • 120 g of soft brown sugar
  • 4 tbsp of sunflower oil
  • 100 g of carrots, peeled and grated
  • 120 g of self-raising flour
  • 1 tsp of mixed spice
  • 4 heatproof pudding basins (150ml), greased

Preparation

Prepare the ingredients.

Beat all the ingredients together until combined.

Divide the mixture between the basins. Cover with foil and secure with string.

Measure 300ml of water into the bowl. Place the basins into the steaming basket and lower into the bowl.

Cooking time: 25 min.

Carefully unwrap onto a plate and enjoy!
