1. Place all ingredients, except egg yolk, in the bowl fitted with the kneading/ crushing blade. Mix at speed 8 for 1 minute. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
2. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
3. Form dough into 3/4-inch thick rounds. Place on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Beat the egg yolk and brush on the dough. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Cool slightly before serving.
