Ingredients

  • 200 g of cherries, fresh ripe and unpitted
  • 2 Egg
  • 60 g of sugar
  • 40 g of flour
  • 300 ml of milk
  • 4 ovenproof ramekins (140 ml)
  • Butter for greasing the ramekins
  • A round piece of greaseproof paper the same diameter as bowl
  • Caster sugar to decorate

Preparation

Grease the ramekins.

Beat the eggs, sugar, flour and milk together.

Pour the batter over the cherries in the ramekins.

Cling film the ramekins and place in bowl.

Cooking time: 19 min.

Eat warm or chilled. Sprinkle with caster sugar.
