Ingredients

  • ½ roughly chopped red onion
  • ½ capsicum
  • 2 tsp dried oregano
  • 20ml lemon juice
  • 50ml olive oil
  • 2 tsp balsamic glaze
  • 2 tsp salt
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper
  • 4-6 deboned Chicken thighs or breast pieces.

In a blender, combine all ingredients together (except the chicken)

Marinade the chicken in the mixture for 4 hours in the fridge

When ready to cook, preheat the grill plate for 15 minutes at 200 ̊C

Once preheating is complete, place chicken in the air fryer and cook at 200 ̊C for 8 minutes on each side

Serve hot over rice or a fresh garden salad.
