Ingredients

  • 8 Chicken drumsticks
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 500 gr Cooked chickpeas (canned, rinsed)
  • 4 Carrots, peeled and cut into sections
  • 400 g Tomato puree
  • 10 drops Tabasco® (or red chilli pepper)
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

Pour the oil into the bowl.

Brown the drumsticks. Remove.

Add the remaining ingredients. and a small glass of water. Add salt, and pepper. Return the drumsticks.

Cooking time : 10 min.

Serve.
