OptiGrill Chocolate Chip Cookies

• 1 ¾ cup all purpose flour
• 1/2 tsp baking soda
• A pinch of salt
• 3/4 cup melted butter
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 2 egg yolk
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 cup chocolate chips

In a bowl mix flour baking soda and salt. In a second bowl combine well the butter, brown sugar, egg yolk and the vanilla extract. Add the dry ingredients and the chocolate chips to the butter mix.

Turn the grill on. Select the manual mode and select yellow color setting. When OptiGrill is ready to cook drop by spoon into the bottom of the oven accessory. Close the lid.

Cook for 12 minutes. Flip them out at mid cooking.

When they are cooked, transfers to racks and let cool down.
