Crush the chocolate. Put the butter and chocolate into the Mixing bowl with the Kneading/crushing knife attachment. Lock the lid with the stopper and set on Speed 3 at 45°C for 10 minutes.
Add the eggs, sugar, grated coconut, coconut milk, flour and yeast. Set on P3 Pastry mode for 3 minutes and 40 seconds.
Pour the mixture into large mugs and place them in the microwave for 2 minutes.
Tip: Serve with a little bit of grated coconut and a few meringues.
