Cut the cauliflower into 2cm cubes.
Place the cauliflower in the steam basket. Pour 0,7 L of water in the Companion bowl. Lock the lid and launch the P1 steam program for 20 mins. Drain well and empty the water from the bowl.
Place all the ingredients in the baby bowl fitted with the knife. Close the lid of the baby bowl.
Lock the lid of the Companion and mix at speed 12 for 1 min.
