  • 3 teaspoons baker's yeast
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 450 ml water
  • 750 g flour
  • 1.5 teaspoon fine salt
  • 225 g mozzarella balls
  • 1.5 teaspoon dried cranberries, poppy seeds, sesame seeds, paprika, chopped parsley
  • 150 g melted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, chopped

Pour the baker's yeast, olive oil and water into the mixer bowl with the Kneading/crushing knife attachment. Lock the lid with the stopper and set on speed 3 at 35°C for 3 minutes.

Add the flour and salt. Lock the lid with the stopper and set on the P1 Pastry mode for 2 minutes and 30 seconds.

Once the program has finished, divide the dough into 15 equal parts. On a floured work surface, roll the dough into balls and place a mozzarella ball in the centre of each one. Close at the top and roll into a ball once again.

Sprinkle the balls with the toppings and place them in a baking dish. Cover the tray with cling film and leave the dough to rest for 30 minutes in a warm place.

Preheat the oven to 200°C.

Mix the melted butter with the chopped garlic. Using a brush, coat the dough balls with garlic butter.

Bake for 20 minutes.
