  • 380 g brussels sprouts
  • 3 handfuls of fresh spinach
  • 1 head of broccoli
  • 150 ml soy milk
  • 450 ml soy cream
  • 3 tbsps olive oil
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Water



Preheat the oven to 180°C. Remove the central stems from the spinach and wash the spinach. Clean the brussels sprouts by lightly cutting the bottom and removing the outer leaves. Cut the broccoli into small florets.

Put all the vegetables into the steam basket. Pour 700 ml of water into the bowl, then close the lid. Place the steam basket in the bowl and start the programme on Steamed dishes P1 for 20 minutes. Once the programme has finished, put the vegetables to one side, then empty and rinse the bowl.

Spread the vegetables out onto an oiled gratin dish.

Pour the soy cream and the milk into the bowl with the whisk attachment. Add the curry powder, salt and pepper, then start the processor on speed 3 for 1 minute. Pour this mixture over the vegetables. Cook in the oven for 30 minutes.
