  • 1.5 kg stewing beef (shoulder, shin, skirt, chuck)
  • 900 ml miso soup
  • 3 onions, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 30 g fresh ginger, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 800 g beansprouts (or sliced pak choi)
  • 3 sticks of lemongrass
  • 1.2 kg rice noodles, cooked
  • 3 tbsp fresh coriander, washed and chopped
  • 3 tbsp fresh mint, washed and finely chopped
  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil


Prepare the ingredients.

Peel and thinly slice the onion.

Wash and finely chop the fresh mint.

Pour the oil into the pan.

Heat the oil. Add the beansprouts. Sauté them. Remove the meat.

Add all the other ingredients except the herbs and noodles to the pan.

Cooking time: 55 min.

Add the noodles, herbs and beansprouts. Wait 5 minutes. Serve.
