Ingredients

  • 250 g Basmati rice, rinsed
  • 100 g Chickpeas
  • 300 g Tofu, cut into cubes
  • 200 g Ready-to-serve curry sauce
  • 340 ml Vegetable stock (or water)
  • 150 ml Coconut milk
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

Put all of the ingredients in the pan. Stir Season with salt and pepper.

Cooking time : 5 min.

Serve.
