  • 900 g of beef meatballs, frozen
  • 3 tbsp of oil
  • 3 tbsp of tarragon, washed and chopped
  • 20 cl of beef stock
  • 1 sweet Cévenne onion thinly sliced
  • 3 knobs of butter
  • 3 tsp of flour
  • 15 cl of single cream
  • 6 slices of lemon, untreated
  • Salt, pepper


Prepare the ingredients.

Pour the oil into the pan.

Brown the meatballs. Remove. Melt the butter. Add the onion. Fry on a low heat for a few minutes. Add flour and mix well.

Add the stock and cream. Mix thoroughly. Lightly season. Put the meatballs back in the pan with the lemon. Seal.

Cooking time: 4 minutes

Add the tarragon. Serve.
