  • 1.2 kg firm-fleshed potatoes, peeled and cut into pieces
  • 9 chipolatas, cut in three
  • 3 merguez sausages (or more chipolatas), cut in three
  • 10 anchovy fillets in oil, chopped
  • 1 tbsp capers, chopped (or pickled gherkins)
  • 350 ml beef stock
  • 1 tbsp cornflour mixed into a little stock
  • 150 ml single cream
  • 3 tbsp grated parmesan
  • 2 tbsp oil


Prepare the ingredients.

Put the sausages in the pan.

Brown the sausages.

Add the stock/cornflour mixture, cream, capers and anchovies. Stir well. Then add the potatoes.

Cooking time: 7 min.

Add the parmesan. Serve.
