  • 180g shelled shrimps, cut into small pieces
  • 30g lobster bisque
  • 30 ml unsweetened evaporated milk
  • 180g chopped white fish
  • 30 g breadcrumbs
  • 1.5 avocado, cut into cubes
  • 1.5 tablespoon fresh coriander, chopped
  • 1.5 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1.5 lemon juice
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Chilli powder



Prepare the ingredients.

In a bowl, mix the chopped fish, shrimps, milk, bisque, breadcrumbs, salt, black pepper and chilli.

Fill in the verrines. Close the tops of the verrines and place them in the bowl. Add 200ml water.

Pressure cooking time: 10 mins.

Serve warm, topped up with avocado cubes, lemon juice and herbs.
