Cook4me+ Broccoli Purée

• 1.2 kg broccoli, washed and cut into pieces
• 150 g potatoes, peeled and diced
• 350 ml water
• 6 portions of The Laughing Cow© cheese
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp sugar

Prepare the ingredients.

Peel and dice the potatoes.

Put all the ingredients in the pan. Stir well to combine.

Pressure cooking time: 5 mins.

Blend for 1 minute. Serve.
