  • 300 g dried green lentils
  • 900 ml water
  • 75 g frozen peas
  • 75 g carrots, peeled and diced
  • 3 spring onions, white parts finely chopped, green parts sliced
  • 3 vegetarian sausages, diced
  • 3 eggs, beaten and salted (optional)
  • 3 tbsp sesame oil (or olive oil)
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce


Prepare the ingredients.

Pour the oil into the pan.

Put the eggs in the pan. Cook as an omelette. Set aside.

Add all the other ingredients except the soy sauce. Stir well to combine.

Pressure cooking time: 15 mins.

Drain if necessary. Add the soy sauce and chopped omelette. Mix and serve.
