Pour the sesame oil into the bowl. Beat the eggs.
Scramble the eggs. Remove. Chop. Put to one side. Brown the lardons and the white part of the onions.
Add the sweet corn, green peas, shrimp,rice, water and soy sauce. Add a pinch of salt.
Cooking time: 7 minutes.
Add the scrambled eggs and the green part of spring onion. Stir. Enjoy.
