  • 3 pork shank(s)
  • 3 carrot(s), peeled and cut into small cubes
  • 6 tablespoon honey
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 150 ml beer
  • 250 ml water
  • 3 shallot(s), peeled and chopped
  • 3 sprigs thyme
  • Salt and pepper, to taste


Prepare the ingredients.

Add the oil and honey into the bowl.

Brown the shanks on all sides. Set aside. Add in the shallots and carrots and allow to cook.

Place the shanks on the carrots and pour in the beer, water and thyme. Season with salt and pepper.

Pressure cooking: 42 minutes
