  • 2 tsp of sunflower oil
  • 500 g of chicken thigh fillets, diced (3-4cm)
  • 200 g of onions, chopped
  • 150 g of balti paste
  • 200 g of tomatoes, quartered
  • 200 g of green peppers, diced (2-3cm)
  • 400 g of canned chopped tomatoes


Prepare the ingredients.

Add the oil.

Brown the chicken and onions (in batches if required).

Add the remaining ingredients. Stir well to combine.

Cooking time: 8 min.

Serve and enjoy!
