  • 450 g of boneless chicken breast, thinly sliced
  • 2/3 cup of coconut milk
  • 1/3 cup of soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp of honey
  • 1/3 cup peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp of curry powder
  • 1 tbsp of grated fresh ginger
  • 2 cups of water
  • 240 g of basmati rice
  • 2 tbsp of chopped peanuts for garnish


Prepare the ingredients.

Pour coconut milk and soy sauce in the pot.

Add chicken slices, spices and ginger. Stir, add the hooney and peanut butter. Remove.

Add the rice and water into the pot.

Cooking under pressure : 6 min.

Add chicken to the rice to warm it up. Add chopped peanuts and serve !
