  • 1.2 kg fresh spinach, washed and roughly chopped
  • 6 shallot(s), peeled and thinly sliced
  • 600 g hot dogs, cut into 2 cm chunks
  • 3 garlic clove(s), peeled and chopped
  • 3 knob of butter
  • 300 ml single cream
  • Nutmeg
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 3 baby gem lettuce, washed and cut in four (optional)
  • 1 tsp curry powder (optional)



Prepare the ingredients.

Put the butter and shallots into the pan.

Once they are softened, add the hot dogs, the garlic and then the spinach in stages. Stir well with each addition.

Add the lettuce and pour in the cream. Season with salt and pepper. Stir well to combine.

Pressure Cooking.
