  • 1 1/2 tbsp of olive oil
  • 4 chicken thighs (bone-in, skinless)
  • Salt and black pepper
  • 225 g of mushrooms sliced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1/3 cup of each chicken stock and white wine
  • 1 1/2 tbsp of dijon mustard
  • 1/3 cup of sour cream
  • Chopped parsley or tarragon


Prepare the ingredients.

Preheat pot. Add oil. Season chicken with salt and pepper.

Brown chicken for 3 minutes per side. Set chicken aside. Brown mushrooms, onions and garlic, for 5 minutes

Add stock, wine and mustard. Stir well. Return chicken to pot.

Cooking under pressure : 8 min.

Remove chicken and set aside. Simmer for 2 min and whisk in sour cream
